Milica is an experienced financial executive with over twenty years of diverse controlling, accounting and senior management experience as CFO, Corporate Controller and Turnaround Consultant. She is the leader of the financial practice of PRISMA.

Since founding PRISMA, Milica has successfully served as interim CFO for an international entertainment company and was advisor on all aspects of the financial turnaround of a Canadian-Austrian midsized Publisher.

Prior to co-founding PRISMA, Milica served as CFO and Controller for companies as diverse as Coca-Cola, holding positions in three European countries, to a Venture funded start up company in the High-Tech Industry.

Milica's background and experience in the financial management of multinational consumer goods companies, restructuring of a Canadian Publishing business, Banking & Finance Industry as well as with the Australian government, provide her with broad and in-depth experience in all aspects of financial management.

Milica has lived and worked in six countries in addition to directing numerous engagements and projects involving international matters. She holds professional designations of CPA (Australia) and CGA (Canada) and has a Bachelor degree in business from the Queensland University of Technology (Australia).
