An Austrian Entrepreneur had the business concept to set up and operate a high tech VOIP based Customer Relationship Center as additional sales channel for consumer goods companies.

The process and result:
Based on our experience and background information, we prepared a detailed business plan which not only included different business scenarios but also a complete and integrated financial plan taking into account cash flow and capital structure as well as income statement projections.
We defined a number of potential financing alternatives and approached banks, Venture companies and state funds to finance the start up company.
Based on the prepared documentation, discussions and negotiations with some key financial institutions (including Venture Funds) we succeeded in securing start up capital, allowing us to set up the company, establish the infrastructure and to quickly find customers for the offered service.

Establishment of a Partnership, which introduced a new corporate service to the Austrian corporate business market.
After setting up the company gained and retained market leadership.
The company proved to be a very successful entrepreneurial set-up in a new, fast expanding business category. Most major international corporations in Austria are clients of this organization, which is now on the market since 1995.
